Apink - Five
Apink released their 6th album <Up> with 'Five', the title song of the album.
Their current album was <Pink revolution> the 3rd full album
which came out September, 2016.
Nine month seems to be a little long,
when K-pop girl groups usually set their comeback schedule to be in 6 months term.
However, They released special album <Dear> in December 2016
and show single cut 'Always' in April 2017
, that Apink actually keep working hard since last year.
As a fan of them, I am concerned for their health.
they deserve to have enough vacation and rests.
But I think Apink's quick comeback and lots of appearance in TV
are result from their declining music chart result of current songs.
It is impossible not to admit that Apink's big time is
when they showed 3 successive hit songs <No No No>, <Mr. chu>, <Love>
Moreover, Apink has their own way of character(Purity, Girlish)
comparing many sexy concept K-pop girl groups who debuted same time
However, Music market changed quickly
Purity&Girlish concept dominates the girl group(Twice, G-friend)
who share the fan target of Apink.
What is worse, Apink have long break(14 months) after 'Remember'
Therfore, It may be hard for them to find their own position in K-pop girl group.
But, 'Five' make me feel what's Apink Song is.
In Lyrics, Comforting the people and cheering them with message
resembles Apink first hit song 'No No No'
which brought Apink where are
Finally Apink found their song that I guess their position still cannot be defeated.
Unfortunately, before their come back, there is bad news.
The man in his 30s threaten to kill the Apink
The police picked up the pieces but few days later
He threaten to bomb the Apink Showcase again.
I hope Apink didn't hurt by the incident.
They should know that there are a way more people who support Apink!
